Dr.Binu Modoor is a certified Hogan (USA) and Thomas Profiling framework (UK) based Assessor, Trainer and Leadership Coach with 33 years of experience across corporates such as TCS, Reliance and Bosch. His last full time assignment was with Bosch Global Software where he was the head of Leadership and Organisational Development function for India, Mexico and Vietnam. In this role, he had designed and deployed Coaching interventions for the Senior Leaders and had overseen Developmental Assessment Centres, Change Management programs, High Potential Management and Development initiatives and the design and deployment of a suite of well-designed Leadership Development and OD interventions which included a number of Strategy and Visioning workshops.
He was also supervising the flagship Leadership Development program, wherein, the company was recruiting managerial talent from top-notch MBA colleges across India as part of building a HIPOT Leadership Pipeline. In his professional work, he had guided both experienced and inexperienced hands who were in different time zones of their career progression. He was also part of more than 10,000 Career and Job Interviews, a learning on which the foundation of his Human Resource Development outlook is established.
